Joe Condurso has more than 30 years of experience across the medical and information technology and services industry. Joe is an accomplished global executive with a successful track record for innovating and commercializing game changing medical devices, clinical information systems, mobile health solutions and telemedicine services within public, venture, and development stage organizations.
He has led rapid revenue growth, successful complex business turnarounds, M&A, and licensing, and strategic capital raises. He’s served as Chairman and CEO of a Series C stage business and the cofounder of three technology ventures. Early in his career he held positions with P&L responsibility and executive leadership at Fortune top 20 companies including: Motorola, Cardinal Health and CareFusion.

Melissa Manice spent a decade researching obstacles respiratory disease management and holds a PhD in Clinical and Translational Research from Mount Sinai. Melissa founded Cohero Health as a passionate advocate for patient and provider-centered solutions to respiratory care management and was named a Top 40 Healthcare Transformer and National Research Science Award recipient.
A native of Chicago, she has transitioned to cheering for New York sports teams with her husband and 3 young boys. She did get naming preference for their dog Wrigley as an homage to her favorite hometown team.
User Experience DesignerRead Bio
Jesse Cohen spent a decade investigating and sharing stories through the medium of television where he produced documentary content for Discovery, National Geographic and the Science Channel. Jesse transitioned into the user experience field to apply his passion for research, communication, and design to a field where he could make a direct impact on his audiences experience. Jesse advocates for the user at every opportunity, working daily to create a truly user-centric product.
A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Jesse is a proud Warriors fan, who enjoys expanding his woodworking skills in his free time.

Rob Hyatt has spent over 30 years developing various medical devices across the wellness to critical care spectrum.
In addition to devices, Rob has a strong interest and track record in Electronic Health Record implementation, interoperability and telehealth applications that allow patients to receive greater access to care. Rob and his wife split their time between Utah for summers and ski trips, Southern California for the ocean, and traveling the US watching their 2 children play college sports extending the 15 year streak of rarely missing a child's game.

With a background in clinical and basic science research, Emilie joined Cohero to lead business development and work with the clinical projects team. She is passionate about healthcare innovation and the impact that technology like Cohero's Breathesmart platform can have for patients worldwide.
Emilie holds a BS from Duke University in Evolutionary Anthropology with Chemistry and Global Health minors, and earned her thesis studying lemurs - our very rare and very adorable primate ancestors.

Gabriel joined Cohero in 2015 with a decade of experience in design, startups and the arts. He has a passion for crafting great experiences and helping people.
Gabriel holds a BA in American Studies from Columbia University, and a minor in music composition.
Gabriel lives in NYC and Munich and spends his free time writing music, hiking, and improving his German.

After starting her career in publishing and the arts, Jae gained more than a decade of experience in small business management before joining the Cohero team, where she functions in roles for its operational and regulatory and quality assurance departments. She holds degrees in English, Political Science and Fine Arts.
Jae has lived in New York for 35 years. In her free time she enjoys having other people cook for her, drawing, and volunteering as an English teacher at immigrant community centers.

Barak started his career by developing flight navigation software for the FAA after getting a degree in Physics with a minor in Math and Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
Since then he has moved to New York and accumulated over 15 years of experience in software and product development.
He is extremely passionate about healthcare innovation.
Barak now lives in Brooklyn, New York.

Francis has 20 years of experience in information technology and software development in both the public and private sector. He hold a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Rutgers University.
He has lived in the New York area for 10 years and has a cat named after author Douglas Adams.

With over 10+ years managing experience in clinical research at academic medical centers in the US, Anne joined Cohero in 2016 to manage the clinical projects team and oversee Cohero research nationwide.
Anne holds a BS, MPH from the University of Massachusetts.

Amber's team is responsible for customer success initiatives across the organization including implementation, account management, and customer support. With extensive experience across healthcare delivery organizations, pharmaceuticals, and health plans, Amber has dedicated her career to creating technology-enabled solutions that help people thrive while living with chronic illness.
In addition to various community-improvement volunteer initiatives, Amber is an active Board member of the American College of Healthcare Executives Pennsylvania Chapter where she is focused on health education promotion and sponsorship initiatives.

With over six years of experience in corporate banking and non-profit financial management, Noel joined Cohero in 2017 as its Manager of Finance. Stemming from his time working in young adult cancer awareness, he developed a passion for improving the lives of people through healthcare innovation.
Noel spends most of his days in NYC, either playing soccer or enjoying whatever else the city has to offer (while trying not to let the MTA bring him down too much).
